Matcha Green Tea Powder Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Matcha 

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup cashew milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Your favorite toppings

Directions

Whisk flour, Matcha, baking powder & salt together in a bowl.

Make a well in the center of the mixture & add 1 cup & 1 tbsp cashew milk, egg, olive oil & vanilla extract into the well.

Whisk until well combined.

Grease a small pan

Transfer 2 to 3 spoonfuls batter to the pan and cook until golden brown.
