How do I check the status of my order?
Use your tracking number sent to you via E-mail or get in touch and we will assist you.
My tracking number hasn't updated, what do I do?
Please contact us to get more insight regarding the status of your parcel.
My order appears to be lost, what do I do?
This can often be a delay in tracking updates, or alternatively, there may have been an attempted delivery, but nobody was home.
If your tracking is stating an 'attempted delivery' please get in contact with your local post office to rearrange a delivery or a collection.
If after this, you still can't locate your order, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist!

All our mushroom extracts are organic certified, ensuring the highest quality and purity for our customers. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Arabica: Not organic certified.
- Superfoods: Not organic certified.

Do you use the Fruiting Body or Mycelium?

Where Are The Mushrooms Grown?
Our mushrooms come from different regions throughout the world. Each farm carefully selected for their generational know-how and farming methods. We work with farms in Japan, Malaysia, Inner Mongolia, Siberia, FuJian, ZheJiang, JiangSu, JiLin see our approach page for more information.
Are There Any Allergy Precautions/Medication Interactions?

Is It Safe To Use Medicinal Mushrooms during Pregnancy or whilst Breastfeeding?
While medicinal mushrooms can offer some great benefits during pregnancy such as strengthening immune health, improving digestion and of course the much needed energy boost, there is unfortunately not yet enough information regarding studies during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding where we can confidently give advice.
The best would be to consult with your consultant and or midwife.
What is the difference between using the mushroom blend and individual mushrooms?
The 8 mushroom blend is great for overall health whereas if you are treating something specific or trying to improve something specific then it is best to opt for that specific mushroom so you get a full dose.
