Acai Berry Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup almond milk or your milk/milk alternative of choice 

  • 2 tsp Acai Powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Acai Powder



Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.


Place in the fridge and let sit for 2-4 hours until you have a thick texture. If the mixture is too thick, add some more liquid. If it is too thin, add a few more chia seeds.


Spoon into the bottoms of a cup or jar.
