The Quick & Delicious Acai Energy Snack



  • 250g pitted dates

  • 100g raw cashew nuts

  • 3 tsp. acai powder + extra for dusting

  • 70g oats

  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp. water 

 acai berry recipe


Acai Powder



Place all of ingredients into your blender & pulse for a few times until the ingredients are well combined.


Wet your hands, grab a bit of the mixture and begin rolling the balls using your hands.


Once you have completed rolling your balls, take them and roll them in your acai powder for dusting.
